  • REBNY Financial Statement

    This document provides an overview of your financials. You will need to complete this form to submit with your offer on any NYC apartment, especially a co-op.

  • Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Form

    This form requires that potential buyers and renters of housing built prior to 1978 receive certain information about lead and lead hazards in the residence prior to becoming obligated to buy or rent, and provides the opportunity for an independent lead inspection for buyers.

  • Property Condition Disclosure Form

    This is a document that provides important information about the condition of a property for sale. It is completed by the seller, then given to the buyer as part of the sales process.

    As of March 10th, 2024, all sellers of existing 1-4 family homes and town homes must complete and sign this form.
